In-Kind

In-Kind Developments is a different kind of developer. In-Kind works with strata groups to enable additional housing for the mutual benefit of existing owners and the city at large. It’s mission is to provide additional housing for the city that is socially and environmentally sustainable and that provides financial benefit to existing owners to make it all happen.
